About Templates

Templates provide the foundation for your custom data pack. Each template contains a different set of clubs, players, and competitions that you can customize. Choose the template that best fits your needs:

Important: After selecting a template, you'll need to browse through it to find the IDs for clubs, players, competitions, and other elements that you want to customize.

Available Templates

Default Template

The default template contains clubs updated to the latest national competitions. This is ideal if you want to create a modern data pack with current club statuses.

The 1998 template reflects the historical status of clubs as they were in 1998. Perfect for creating retro data packs or historical recreations.

How to Use Templates

  1. Select a template by clicking on one of the links above.
  2. Browse through the template to find clubs, players, and competitions.
  3. Note down the IDs of elements you want to customize (ClubID, PlayerID, CompetitionID, etc.).
  4. Use these IDs in your CSV files and for naming image files as explained in the instructions.

Remember to set the TemplateName in your settings.csv file to match the template you've chosen (default or 1998).
